What you get when you hire us.
Licensed and insured
We hold a State of Georgia business license and we’re fully insured. We’re also a member of the Home Builders Association of Georgia.
Our own trucks
We operate our own fleet of service trucks for transporting materials, which matters when the job is up a steep gravel road.
Quality materials
We use only quality materials on every project we handle. A good repair made with cheap lumber or thin stain is a repair you pay for twice.
Meet the owner, Greg Staffins.
Greg is a certified home remodeler and renovation specialist who has been in the industry for more than 45 years.
That’s four and a half decades of roofs, decks, log walls, framing and finish work, a lot of it on the kind of steep, wooded lots that make mountain construction its own trade.
Greg and his team take on new construction and remodeling projects, and the company also works as a licensed and insured subcontractor. Whatever the job, it gets the same rule: we do it like we’re doing it for ourselves.
Our mission is to give every client quality service and home improvement results they’re glad they paid for.

What a client said
I recently bought a home that required a new roof and plumbing work. Mr Staffins’ company did an excellent job on the roof and also installed gutters and gutter guards. I had new toilets and a new sink faucet installed. All his work was above what I had expected and I would not hesitate to call upon his company again.
